Post Sites refers to those sites where you submit the URL of your page so they will post it and draw traffic to your site.
You may view all your post records by clicking on the tab marked 'Posts'. You will see a browse window which contains a list of all the Post Sites you post to. You will also see a group of buttons down the righthand side.
Add/Edit Posts button allow you to add/edit/delete Post Site records. (See Add Edit Records for more information)
Go Post button takes you to the URL which is stored in the SITEURL field of the currently selected Post Site. (See URL Fields for more information)
View Pages button lists all pages that currently use the selected Post Site.
Comment button allows you to view and edit the comment of the currently selected Post Site. You can store any kind of text information here.
Note: the comment will be displayed when posting to the site. Its a good idea to put any special instructions here.
