Pages

Pages refers to each individual HTML page for the currently selected Hosting Site.

Using Page Records

You may view your page records for the currently selected Site by clicking on the tab marked 'Pages'. You will see a browse window which contains a list of all the pages for the currently seleceted Hosting Site. You will also see a group of buttons down the righthand side and along the bottom.

Add/Edit Page button allow you to add/edit/delete page records. (See Add Edit Records for more information)

Go Page button takes you to the URL which is stored in the PAGEURL field of the currently selected Page. (See URL Fields for more information)

Edit HTML button takes you to the HTML file which is stored in the FILENAME field of the currently selected Page using the HTML editor specified on the System tab page. You must enter the complete PATH name of the file in the FILENAME field.

View Local Page button allows you to view the HTML file which is stored in the FILENAME field of the currently selected Page using your default browser.

Go Stats button takes you to the URL which is stored in the STATSURL field of the currently selected Page. (See URL Fields for more information)

Sponsor/Banner button allows you to select and list all the Sponsors Banners used on the currently selected page.

Post Sites button allows you to select and list all the Post Sites used on the currently selected page. It also allows you to go to post sites on the list to post your page.

Comment button allows you to view and edit the comment of the currently selected Page. You can store any kind of text information here.

Common Code button gives you a place to store common HTML code, which you can copy and paste to your page HTML editor.

Clone Page button will make a copy of the currently selected page and allows you to edit the new copy. This makes it easy to create records that are almost alike.

Rename HTML New in ver 1.3. Renames both the page record and the file. this is useful for post sites that require a new file name for each submission.

Graphic Program button starts the graphics program defined on the systems page. Generally this is a program that allows you to select your pictures and create thumbnails of them. Some examples would be:
GraphicWorkshop;
PolyView;
ThumbsPlus.

Aux Program button starts the Aux program defined on the systems page. This is any other program that may help you create and maintain you pages.
