View Mode
When you press the Add/Edit button on any of the tab pages, you will be placed at the current record for that database. You will be in View mode You can navigate the data base by using the Arrow buttons at the top left side of the window. Also notice that if you place your mouse over a control there is a prompt along the bottom of the window that explains what the control does.

Edit Mode
Selecting the control with a ][ on it places you in Edit Mode. This is the current record. Notice that if you place your mouse over a 'Field' there is a prompt along the bottom of the window that explains what the field is for.

When done with the record press the control with a check mark on it.

Delete a Record
To delete the current record select the control with the trash can on it. Note: the record is only marked for deletion and not actully removed. It will no longer be visable. You need to press the 'Remove Deleted' button on the System Tab Page every once in a while to remove the records marked for deletion.
